For a long time, it was easy to make money in real estate by just playing the market long term. In 2001 and 2008, there were tremendous lessons to be learned about protecting your home from losing money. However, many of our clients made money despite the crashes of the market. I have no interest in working with a client just once. My goal, along with the entire TEEDHAZE team, is to understand that our clients, if served beyond expectations, will become lifelong advocates, building wealth in one of the best and safest markets.

We created an environment that gives back to the community to help parents find the right schools, local artists to be discovered and humanitarians to be recognized, including our local fire and police officers. We also created DIG DEEP SF which is the largest donator of toys in CALIFORNIA for the SALVATION ARMY. We have dramatically helped the Rafael House and other organizations that work with families.
